Open Question: What can I do if my current school wont let me transfer?

So my current school is San Gabriel High School (801 S Ramona St San Gabriel, CA 91776) and i want to transfer to Alhambra high school. I won't get into specific reasons, but my main one is because i don't like the environment at SGHS. As in i have more friends at AHS than SGHS and i know for sure that i can be more of myself if i attend AHS. The only problem is that SGHS has a very small student population considering it's gigantic size. AHS is noticeably smaller but has a lot more students, so they wont just let me transfer....
